and wellbeing in their training programs.

  • 6. Value • Noun • A person's principles or standards of behavior; one's judgment of what is important in life.
  • 7. The Power of Self-Knowledge • Values are universal. • Developed in early life. • Operate in the background. • Affect our actions. • Affect our perceptions. • They are neither good or bad.
