Minimum order requirements are 5 x full Pallets. Each pallet of pre-pack or bulk bag, equates to one full pallet. Eg. 1 x Rockery,
2 x pallets of Slate and 2 x bulk bag of Decorative Chippings would meet the 5 tonnes pallet requirement.
For customers who are not able to reach the above minimum order requirements, we can despatch on a ‘Palletised Carrier Network’,
for which a small additional surcharge for delivery will be applied to your order.

door, alleviating the hassle in organising delivery from
your store whilst also eliminating the need for surplus
stock holding.
This simple and efficient service, enables a far greater
selection of products are available to order, with no
stock holding and only minimal retail space required
to display the supporting POS boards. These can
either be mounted side by side or above and below
each other to accommodate multiple display options.
Product conformity. All images displayed in this catalogue are of naturally found products that
may be subject to changes in appearance, colour and size. Product and lifestyle photography
depicts the product as accurately as the printing process allows.
Direct Aggregates Home Delivery POS Support

Size of Vehicles
Please check that your customer has sufficient access to accommodate this size vehicle at their chosen
point of delivery, as smaller vehicles are of limited
availability and requests for these may delay delivery
by up to two working days.
Route to your customers property
Please make sure that the route to the chosen delivery address is free from low hanging branches or
obstacles, including parked cars, which may cause damage or obstruct delivery vehicles.
Access
The vehicle will require a minimum opening width of 3m to access the chosen delivery address, if your
access cannot accommodate vehicles of this size then the goods will be delivered to the nearest kerbside,
at the discretion of the driver.
Offloading
The driver will unload using a tail-lift offload and manual pump truck which can only be operated on a :-

Receipt of Goods
Please make sure that your customer is available to receive the order and sign for the material, or have made
prior arrangements for a 3rd
party to do so on their behalf.
The following delivery criteria needs to be assessed and agreed with your customer
to ensure a smooth delivery is achieved. Failure to comply with these factors may delay receipt
of the order, and may incur additional costs for failed or re-deliveries. We can accommodate some
customer’s specific delivery restrictions and would be happy to discuss these bespoke requirements
to try and accommodate delivery. Please discuss with a member of our sales team.

Order Parameters
Decorative Aggregate Collections.
Each pre-pack pallet or bulk bag equates
to one full pallet, e.g. 1 x rockery and 2 x
pallets of slate and 2 x bulk bags of
decorative chippings would meet the
5 tonne pallet requirement.
Natural Sandstone &
Garden Paving Collections.
Most products are packed at 1/2 pallets,
therefore 2 pallets of paving equate to 1 pallet
of aggregates, e.g. 10 pallets of paving make
up the 5 tonne pallet requirement.
Heritage Stoneware Collections.
Any stoneware can be added in addition to this standard 5 tonne
pallet order or can be despatched independently where a minimum
order value of £500.00 needs to be complied with.
Bulk bags.
For larger requirements our products can be supplied
in bulk bags which offer a more cost efficient
alternative, whilst also being available for home delivery,
via our direct aggregates service, (see opposite page).
Typically bulk bags when laid at 40mm depth
will cover approx. 11.5m2
.
Standard Prepacks.
Our range of decorative aggregates are
supplied in premium quality, highly attractive
pre-pack bags, which for our core products
are split into three simple colour coded pricing bands,
A,B and C. This enables retailers to select three price bands for
up to 39 different products, making life much easier
and simpler at the point of sale. Our standard
prepacks, when laid at 40mm depth,
will cover approximately 0.32m2
.
