 Ensure the quality of the product with optimization of operation hours.
 Manpower management of process department.
 Responsible for 24x7 for operation activities in iron ore beneficiation plant.
 Involved in MIS preparation and other reporting activities to the management.
KEY LEARNING:-
 Learned about the control room operation by DCS/PLC system.
 Involved in commissioning activities of beneficiation plant as well as the ball mill
circuit.
 Successful commissioning of Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher , Alljig , Allflux , Scrubber ,
Magnetic separator , Thickener , Filter Press , Spiral Separator , Hydro cyclone , Ball
Mill , Rod Mill and other subsidiary equipments like screens, pumps and belt
conveyors.
 Involved in the modification of the circuit for improve the performance by making the
magnetic separators Rougher-Scavenger system.
 Improved the filtration of tailing from 2 hour cycle time to nearly 20 minutes by
making experiments with TH minerals executives which makes optimize the
productivity.
 Learned mass and Fe balance of a circuit and how to improve the performance of
equipment with this.
