Traffic Message Channel (TMC) and Navigation Testing
 TMC testing requires both FM/RDS and GPS signals needs to be generated simultaneously.
 TMC message from FM/RDS broadcast station contains the location code, event code and other information that
needs to be displayed in the Navigation map to assist the driver.
 To perform this test user need to generate FM/RDS signal with TMC message and GPS signal with start and end
location. The TMC message should contain the location code within the simulated route using GPS simulator
