How can weakness be a strength? It can when God uses our weakness to show His strength to us and to the world. We have to be willing to show others that we are weak, sinful and imperfect. When we do, God can use us to lead others to Him.

The Church has many denominations today. Jesus encourages us to discern the true believers and servants of God and welcome them into our homes as necessity demands.
To live beyond the ordinary existence that leads to death and despair, we must face the hardships in life as opportunities to learn, grow and mature. They are natural and are here to teach us about the reality of this life.

Renewed in Grace
In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

Slide 1: Title: Exploring the Mindfulness: Understanding Its Benefits
Slide 2: Introduction to Mindfulness
Mindfulness, defined as the conscious, non-judgmental observation of the present moment, has deep roots in Buddhist meditation practice but has gained significant popularity in the Western world in recent years. In today's society, filled with distractions and constant stimuli, mindfulness offers a valuable tool for regaining inner peace and reconnecting with our true selves. By cultivating mindfulness, we can develop a heightened awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and surroundings, leading to a greater sense of clarity and presence in our daily lives.
Slide 3: Benefits of Mindfulness for Mental Well-being
Practicing mindfulness can help reduce stress and anxiety levels, improving overall quality of life.
Mindfulness increases awareness of our emotions and teaches us to manage them better, leading to improved mood.
Regular mindfulness practice can improve our ability to concentrate and focus our attention on the present moment.
Slide 4: Benefits of Mindfulness for Physical Health
Research has shown that practicing mindfulness can contribute to lowering blood pressure, which is beneficial for heart health.
Regular meditation and mindfulness practice can strengthen the immune system, aiding the body in fighting infections.
Mindfulness may help reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and obesity by reducing stress and improving overall lifestyle habits.
Slide 5: Impact of Mindfulness on Relationships
Mindfulness can help us better understand others and improve communication, leading to healthier relationships.
By focusing on the present moment and being fully attentive, mindfulness helps build stronger and more authentic connections with others.
Mindfulness teaches us how to be present for others in difficult times, leading to increased compassion and understanding.
Slide 6: Mindfulness Techniques and Practices
Focusing on the breath and mindful breathing can be a simple way to enter a state of mindfulness.
Body scan meditation involves focusing on different parts of the body, paying attention to any sensations and feelings.
Practicing mindful walking and eating involves consciously focusing on each step or bite, with full attention to sensory experiences.
Slide 7: Incorporating Mindfulness into Daily Life

Matthew 25, The Judgment Of The Gentiles, Anyone, at all times, should be ready to meet Jesus Christ!, The Kingdom Of Heaven Will Be, I Do Not Know You, Kingdom Of God Was Taken Away, Sheep and Goat Judgment, All The Gentiles Will Be Gathered Before H
3. Matthew 25:1
The Kingdom Of Heaven Will Be
• Matthew 25:1 "Then the kingdom of heaven will be
comparable to ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went
out to meet the bridegroom.
• “the kingdom of heaven will be” tells us that the kingdom
of heaven was not yet.
• If the kingdom of heaven happened at Pentecost , and if
the kingdom of heaven is now, in the church age, and if the
parable is about us, then we can lose our salvation.
• But if the kingdom of heaven is in heaven, and our
citizenship is in heaven, and we are ambassadors now,
serving Christ in Satan’s kingdom on earth, then it’s
impossible for us to un-become a child of God, and this
parable, like all the others so far, is about Israel.
4. Matthew 25:2, Foolish Or Prudent
• Matthew 25:2 "Five of them were foolish, and
five were prudent.
• If the kingdom is now, then our salvation is
dependant upon whether we are foolish or
prudent, not on Christ’s righteousness and
faithfulness.
• On our abilities not Christ’s, but…
• The church can rest in Ephesians 2:8 For by grace
you have been saved through faith; and that not
of yourselves, it is the gift of God;
5. Matthew 25:4, Flasks With Oil
• Matthew 25:4 but the prudent took oil in
flasks along with their lamps.
• It is the Holy Spirit within your clay vessel that
causes your light to shine
6. Matthew 25:5, They All Got Drowsy
• Matthew 25:5 "Now while the bridegroom was
delaying, they all got drowsy and began to sleep.
• Matthew 26:38-45 Then He said to them, "My soul is
deeply grieved, to the point of death; remain here and
keep watch with Me." …40 And He came to the disciples
and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, "So, you
men could not keep watch with Me for one hour?...41
"Keep watching and praying that you may not enter
into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is
weak.“… 43 Again He came and found them sleeping,
for their eyes were heavy…45 Then He came to the
disciples and said to them, "Are you still sleeping and
resting?
7. Matthew 25:12, I Do Not Know You
• Matthew 25:12 "But he answered, 'Truly I say
to you, I do not know you.”
• Matthew 7:23 "And then I will declare to
them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME,
YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.‘
• “I never knew you” not “'I knew you, but I
forgot you”
8. Matthew 25:13, The Point Is
• Matthew 25:13 "Be on the alert then, for you
do not know the day nor the hour.
10. Matthew 25:15,
Each According To His Ability
• Matthew 25:15 "To one he gave five talents, to
another, two, and to another, one, each
according to his own ability…
• God won’t judge me according to the standard
of Moses, Noah, or Paul, but each of us
“according to his own ability.”
• Rewards will be based as He “entrusted his
possessions to them.”
• Do the best you can “with what ya’ got.”
11. Matthew 25:19, After A Long Time
• Matthew 25:19 "Now after a long time the
master of those slaves came and settled
accounts with them.
• 2,000 years now.
12. Matthew 25:21+23, Same For 2 or 5
• Matthew 25:21 "His master said to him, 'Well
done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful
with a few things, I will put you in charge of many
things; enter into the joy of your master.‘
• Matthew 25:23 "His master said to him, 'Well
done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful
with a few things, I will put you in charge of many
things; enter into the joy of your master.‘
• They did, the best you can “with what ya’ got.”
13. Matthew 25:24
• Matthew 25:24 "And the one also who had
received the one talent came up and said,
'Master, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping
where you did not sow and gathering where
you scattered no seed.
• This guy clearly does not know the Master.
14. Matthew 25:29,
Kingdom Of God Was Taken Away
• Matthew 25:29 "For to everyone who has,
more shall be given, and he will have an
abundance; but from the one who does not
have, even what he does have shall be taken
away.
• Matthew 21:43 "Therefore I say to you, the
kingdom of God will be taken away from you
and given to a people, producing the fruit of
it.
15. Matthew 25:30,
Hell For The Jewish Leaders
• Matthew 25:30 "Throw out the worthless
slave into the outer darkness; in that place
there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
17. Matthew 25:31, But When
• Matthew 25:31 "But when the Son of Man comes in
His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit
on His glorious throne.
• This will be after The Great Tribulation, after Second
Coming
• Matthew 16:27 "For the Son of Man is going to come in
the glory of His Father with His angels, and WILL THEN
REPAY EVERY MAN ACCORDING TO HIS DEEDS.
• Matthew 19:28 And Jesus said to them, "Truly I say to
you, that you who have followed Me, in the
regeneration when the Son of Man will sit on His
glorious throne, you also shall sit upon twelve thrones,
judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
18. Matthew 25:32, All The Gentiles
• Matthew 25:32 "All the nations [ethnos] will
be gathered before Him; and He will separate
them from one another, as the shepherd
separates the sheep from the goats;
• <1484> ἔθνος ethnos
• Meaning: a race, a nation, pl. the nations (as
distinct from Isr.)…
• Usage: Gentiles(93), nation(30), nations(37),
pagans(1), people(2).
19. Matthew 25:32+40, 3 Groups There
• Matthew 25:32 "All the nations [ethnos] will be gathered
before Him; and He will separate them from one another,
as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats;
• Matthew 25:40 "The King will answer and say to them,
'Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of
these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it
to Me.‘
• After the sifting in the Great Tribulation (Zech 13:8), the
gentile sheep and goats, are judged according to their
treatment of “these brothers of Mine,” the Jews
• Every English translation I checked, showed anti-Semitism
here by translating ethnos as nations. Have you ever seen
nations do these; “I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in
prison, and you came to Me”
20. Matthew 25:34, From The Foundation
• Matthew 25:34 "Then the King will say to
those on His right, 'Come, you who are
blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom
prepared for you from the foundation of the
world.
• Is God surprised when you do something right
or wrong?
21. Matthew 25:40, You Did It
• Matthew 25:40 …to the extent that you did it to one of
these…
• Is this works salvation?
• If it is, then you can throw out the rest of the NT, 150+
verses that teach that salvation is a gift, by grace,
through faith.
• No, these acts are the result of their faith, they did not
receive the mark of the beast, and helped the
persecuted Jews, and managed to survive the Great
Trib..
• James 2:17-26… For just as the body without the spirit
is dead, so also faith without works is dead.
22. Matthew 25:46, Eternal Punishment
• Matthew 25:46 "These will go away into
eternal [aionios] punishment, but the righteous
into eternal [aionios] life.“
• Jesus talks about eternal punishment an awful
lot.
• All the cults and false religions deny it.
23. We Press On And "Run" For Christ
• Not to get eternal life, but because Christ bought it for us and we
have it already. (1 Corinthians 9:25, Hebrews 6:11, 12:1-3,
2 Timothy 2:5). And so, we keep our eyes open, and looking for
Jesus, and eternity with Him.
• Most importantly, remembering that it is the Holy Spirit in us and
living through us, that keeps our human efforts from being in vain.
• Galatians 2:20 "I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer
I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the
flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave
Himself up for me.
• And through Him we look forward to a “. . . well done, good and
faithful servant.” Matthew 25:21

25. 1 Thessalonians 5:14 James 1:27
Matthew 25:43, You Did Not Visit Me
• Matthew 25:43 I was a stranger, and you did not
invite Me in; naked, and you did not clothe Me;
sick, and in prison, and you did not visit Me.'
• In the diary of an elderly woman who lived alone,
she often penned: "No one called today.“ Author

• James 1:27 Pure and undefiled religion in the
sight of our God and Father is this: to visit
orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep
oneself unstained by the world.
26. Rom 5:21 Matthew 25:30, Hell
• Today is May 7, 2013, Verse of the Day -- Matthew 25:30 . . . cast out the worthless slave into the outer darkness; in
that place there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
• THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
• Never let anyone tell you that God won't send anyone to hell.
• MINI BIBLE STUDY FOR THE DAY
• A cover of a past U.S. News and World Report boldly proclaimed that hell was "out of fashion" and that "modern
thinking" says there is no longer a place of torment. Really? Can you believe a national magazine would actually
print an article that says hell is not politically correct?! Even worse, clergyman after clergyman agreed. But we'll
leave that for another day.
• The Bible says that God is the same yesterday, today and forever.
• Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. —Hebrews 13:8God said to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM";
and He said, "Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, 'I AM has sent me to you.'" —Exodus 3:14
• He never changes. Nor do His words. Jesus described hell as a place whose inhabitants are alive, in the dark, and
in tremendous pain.. . . the fiery hell —Matthew 5:22
• soul and body in hell —Matthew 10:28
• the unquenchable fire —Matthew 9:43
• . . . outer darkness . . . weeping and gnashing of teeth —Matthew 22:13
• Always remember, you are saved, by God's mercy, FROM hell.. . . how shall you escape the sentence of hell? —
Matthew 23:33
• . . . sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our
Lord. —Rom. 5:21
• PTL!
•
27. Matthew 25:21 Galatians 2:20 2 Timothy 2:5
Hebrews 6:11, 12:1 1 Corinthians 9:24, "run" for
Christ
• Today is January 10, 2013 Verse of the Day -- 1 Corinthians 9:24. . . those
who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize . . . run in such
way that you may win.
• THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
• The Bible teaches that you should "run" for Christ.
• MINI BIBLE STUDY FOR THE DAY
• A Christ-centered life is compared to an athlete who competes for a
prize—much like trying to win a gold medal in today's Olympics. You must:
• Be prepared.but I discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I
have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified. —1 Corinthians
9:27
• Have self-control.Everyone who competes in the games exercises self-
control in all things. They then do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we
an imperishable. —1 Corinthians 9:25
• Lay aside obvious sin. Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of
witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the
sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race
that is set before us — Hebrews 12:1
• Have endurance. Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses
28. Ezekiel 34:11-17, Sheep Goats
• Ezekiel 34:11 For thus says the Lord GOD, "Behold, I Myself will search for
My sheep and seek them out. 12 "As a shepherd cares for his herd in the
day when he is among his scattered sheep, so I will care for My sheep and
will deliver them from all the places to which they were scattered on a
cloudy and gloomy day. 13 "I will bring them out from the peoples and
gather them from the countries and bring them to their own land; and I
will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the streams, and in all the
inhabited places of the land. 14 "I will feed them in a good pasture, and
their grazing ground will be on the mountain heights of Israel. There they
will lie down on good grazing ground and feed in rich pasture on the
mountains of Israel. 15 "I will feed My flock and I will lead them to rest,"
declares the Lord GOD. 16 "I will seek the lost, bring back the scattered,
bind up the broken and strengthen the sick; but the fat and the strong I
will destroy. I will feed them with judgment. 17 "As for you, My flock, thus
says the Lord GOD, 'Behold, I will judge between one sheep and another,
between the rams and the male goats.
