Matric Rewrite gives students a second chance to meet the requirements of Matric. The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) also refers to it as a Second Chance Matric Programme. Matric College offers NATED courses through its partnership with Bellview Institute of Distance Learning.

Where Can I Complete My Matric If I Only Have Grade 9
You can complete your Adult Matric at Matric College if you only have Grade 9. Matric College is a distance learning institute. You do not attend classes, so you can study anywhere that you feel most comfortable, be it your home, office, or any other place. Should I Change Or Add Matric Subjects?
The decision to change or add Matric subjects depends on the reasons why you would choose either of these options.
Changing your Matric subjects means that you are not satisfied with the Matric subjects you have and you would like to choose others
This can, however, only be done while you are still in High School. You will fill out a form that will be submitted to the Department of Education before your High SChool registers all matriculants for the final exam. The changing of subjects usually happens at the beginning of the year.
You can only add Matric subjects after you have already written your Matric Exam. This will enable you to broaden your options of which course to study at university or college.

This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable.
