MatLAB is a programming language created in the 1970s by Cleve Moler and was rewritten in 2000 by The MathWorks, which was founded in 1984. It can be used for computational biology, control design, financial modeling, image processing, signal processing, communication, technical computing, and test and measurement. MatLAB creates 2D and 3D graphs and is used by over 1 million people in more than 50 countries.
