19.	Don’t confuse net worth with self-worth.
20.	Define what you appreciate and value in life.
21.	Set goals.
22.	Surround yourself with successful people.
23.	Ditch the small daily purchases (e.g., morning latte).
24.	Review your goals regularly.
25.	Spend time and money on what matters most to you.
Focus your time and energy into creating value – not
on the effect but on the cause. If you start a business,
share your passions, talents and knowledge. Focus on
what you can give (how to increase value that you give
others) not on what you can get. Have a positive impact
on society. Be optimistic and stop making excuses.
We have heard many times to not take things personally.
You need to give yourself permission to be successful and
feel that you deserve it. Do not sabotage your success. A very
important trait of successful wealth is over-delivering on a
consistent basis. If you overpromise and under deliver, you
will lose trust from others. Transparency and communication
are also traits of highly successful people.
Make sure your planning is consistent, sustainable and
flexible. Important wealth questions to ponder are:
■   ■ How much do I need to retire?
■   ■ Will my money last?
■   ■ Am I on track?
■   ■ How will I fund my retirement?
■   ■ Will I ever really retire?
Mastering your wealth will help obtain the lifestyle you
want for you and your family at various stages. However,
discipline and healthy habits are required to build,
implement and maintain the plan that will lead you to that
desired lifestyle.
