At Dynamo our internships are designed to give prospective new members of the industry a real feel
for the job, so Martyna’s time was used accordingly giving her a proper understanding of public
relations. She worked across a wide number of key accounts for us including Depop, HotelTonight
and Yelp.
Martyna had specific goals, which she has achieved, and her positive attitude has allowed her to go
far beyond these:

Martyna’s an extremely bright and hard working individual, always early into the office and has really
rolled up her sleeves, hammering together press kits to help journalists ‘climb Everest’ for NVIDIA.
In addition, she has made the most of the opportunity with us by helping to lead our Diversity
Working Group and attending PRCA and CIPR meetings. This work is helping transform us as a
business and will shape a thorough dissertation from her on the gender pay gap. She now has
fantastic experience of working for an award-winning international team with some of the fastest
growth in the industry.
