The document describes the story of Tom and Lori Penton, who started MarriageFire.com after discovering how focusing on their marriage through activities like love languages and small groups made their relationship stronger at a time when their friends were divorcing. It promotes MarriageFire.com as a tool to help strengthen marriages by providing reminders and activities to keep investment in the relationship strong over time to counteract divorce and the "fade" that can occur in marriages.

Hello everyone!
Do you know that so many marriages are in distress as a result of the inability to manage the reality of the blessing of a wife with dreams?
I want to remind us that very many people who tell you "it is well" are losing sanity and having a serious decline in mental health as a result of the frustration that comes with not being able to achieve your dream or live a meaningful life.
So many women are living in regret and pain because they are married to men who would do everything possible to keep them from being the best they can be.
So many men too are having horrible experiences from their wives because of her inability to manage the psychological and emotional realities of chasing a dream & growing in life.
WE CAN'T KEEP TALKING ABOUT THE PROBLEMS ALONE AND BLAMING ONE ANOTHER.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

36. Get a greater understanding
of each other – The ‘WishList’
37. Self Centered to Others Centered
“Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to
the interests of others. Your attitude should be the same as that of
Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 2:4-5 NIV)
“You are most like Christ when you ask, “What are her/his needs, and
how can I meet them?” When you're angry, you're preoccupied with
yourself. But when you're like Christ, you look to each other's interests
and not merely your own.” - Pastor Rick Warren
That is what MarriageFire.com is all about. Tuning in better to your
spouse’s needs and how you can meet them. If you consciously did
that everyday and your spouse did the same, your marriage will be
stronger.
