Who uses it? How?
• Sales reps, accounts teams
• Plug-in is available anytime and works in context with CRM
Account Insight – Under the Hood
• Admins will issue licenses to sales users
• New role “Account Insight User” will restrict access to the plug-in
only, not Marketo.
• Invitees (sales reps) must setup unique login, install the plug-in
then authenticate
• Works only for Chrome
• Does not work with customers who have SSO-only enabled
