Workshops/SeminarsPrinting Services – Software WorkshopPurpose: Promote Printing Services as an added value for the UNT campus by providing software training. Target Audience: Pilot group was created from survey responses collected from the Print Buyers 101 class.  Results:  97% attendance from the email announcement.100% would recommend this class to co-workers.  100% would be interested in attending future workshops presented by Printing Services.Class Materials:  Customized reference manual containing UNT branding specifications, matching CD containing practice file and all imported documents.  Laminated handout for document layout and mailing standards.  Live demonstration during class and one on one help provided by Prepress team to assist students during class.Event Planning: Coordinated class room and time with PPS training. Researched remote accessing with IT, developed targeted mailing list for invitations, created and designed class materials, analyzed data from registration results and survey results.
