Workshops/Seminars Printing Services – Software Workshop Purpose: Promote Printing Services as an added value for the UNT campus by providing software training.  Target Audience: Pilot group was created from survey responses collected from the Print Buyers 101 class.   Results:  97% attendance from the email announcement. 100% would recommend this class to co-workers.  100% would be interested in attending future workshops presented by Printing Services. Class Materials:  Customized reference manual containing UNT branding specifications, matching CD containing practice file and all imported documents.  Laminated handout for document layout and mailing standards.  Live demonstration during class and one on one help provided by Prepress team to assist students during class. Event Planning: Coordinated class room and time with PPS training. Researched remote accessing with IT, developed targeted mailing list for invitations, created and designed class materials, analyzed data from registration results and survey results.

Target Audience: Administrative personnel, marketing, special events and communication specialists.  Results:  97% attendance from the email announcement. Class Materials:  Customized slide show presentation.  Event Planning:  Coordinate class room and time with HR, produced customized variable data invitations.
Marketing  Promotions Eagle Images – Paper promo Purpose: to increase paper sales and promote FSC paper for campus use.  Target Audience:  selected only Administrative personnel and Department Directors. Supporting Media:  Full color flyer attached to reams of promotional paper that was given away to each Department on campus Results: Increased exposure for Eagle Images as a paper source and increased paper sales.
Marketing Promotions Printing Services Online Gift Store:  April Purpose: Increase traffic to Printing Services website and increase sales for the online gift store. Target Audience: registered online customers Results: Increased sales for highlighted sale items and overall increase in sales of  other products offered on line.
Marketing  Promotions Printing Services Online Gift Store:  May Purpose: Increase traffic to Printing Services website and increase sales for the online gift store. Target Audience: registered online customers Results: SOLD OUT of the Tote Bags and UNT Ball Caps within the first week of promotion.
Marketing  Promotions Printing Services Online Gift Store:  June Purpose: Increase traffic to Printing Services website and increase sales for the online gift store. Target Audience: registered online customers Results: Sold 40 Horizon Note pads and 40 Nevada Twist pens the first day of the promotion. Overview: Increased sales 70% over last year during the same six month period by promoting gift store items monthly.
Awards IPMA  Silver Award 2010 national competition for In-Plant print shops.  UNT Printing Services won Best of Show and 10 awards in different catagories.
