movies unlimited
An app that lets you stream
latest movies online in high
quality.
Marketing plan
Statistically , people are more likely to
wait and watch newly released movies
at home than in theatre.
Reasons:
• Convenience in terms of
time and place.
• Comfort.
• Cost.
Another reason being, people might prefer movies that
are older and not showing in cinema halls.
Hence demand to make “movie experience at
home” better than now.
To make movie experience better:
• Provide people access to high audio and video quality movies.
• Provide people with variety of movies to choose from.
• At an affordable price.
• The company is new so it needs a new strategy for marketing.
• To emerge successfully we have to implement old ideas in a new
way.
• Market already has companies that provides these features
example: Netflix, hotstar etc.
• They also cover all fields such as sports,
entertainment,live,television series etc
• What makes us different from them?
Instead of providing all movies and television series mixture we
primarily focus only on movies.
We concentrate on huge collection of movies and a wide variety.
Our target of customers is movie lovers who love to spend their
leisure time in watching movies.
Those who have varied interests and wide range of genres to choose.
And at last to people who don’t find time to go to cinema hall.
With target market specified we need
to make demand meet supply.
Our goal is to find single platform for
many movies.
• A good movie experience at any place.
• Our strategy s to differentiate from other apps in the market and
position ourselves as company that provides personalized movie
experience.
• We can collaborate with youtube and dailymotion for movies.
• Users can register their details along with the genres of movies they
are interested.
• Genre preferences and watch history will used to provide suggestions
of similar movies.
• Users also can give rating and reviews.
• Free version of app gives 3 movies a month for free.
• In premium movies can be made offline.
• App can be used in three devices with one registration.
• A timeline needs to be set accordingly.
• Schedule is planned based on infrastructure
available.
• Schedule will be kicked off after suitable investor
funding.
• Idea is to create a better movie experience at any
place .
