How you can be a Manager?
• If your personal BV or Group BV in a single
month reaches 90,000BV, then you
automatically become a Manager.
• But the Company is generous, you are given
another option i.e. if you accumulate
150,000BV ( No time limit ) you also
become a Manager.
• Requirement 7500BV or 1500PGBV and
6000PSBV
• As a Manager you now get 25% in Performance
bonus.
• If any of your downline becomes a manager,
you will automatically become a Senior
Manager !

• Then you start getting another 3% in
Performance Bonus ( 28% as SM less 25% of
your Manager)

• Conditions to qualify for the Small Car award US 17,000
• A) Distributor must create 5 direct networks contaning 3,300,000 GBV in
each
• network within one year since the Car Award plan started or within one
year since
• joining the business.
• B) If the distributor does not achieve within a year and achieve in second
year, the
• distributor qualifies for a consolation price of US10,000
• C) Distributor must have at least maintain Personal Sales of 7500 BV
monthly in car
• qualification period, otherwise the non active month GBV will not
accumulate to the
• GBV to qualify for the Car Award ( that non active month only is not
calculated, if
• he/she continue to be active in the next month, the next month GBV will
be counted).
