INTRODUCTION
• TETRAHEDRON MANUFACTURING SERVICES PVT.LTD was founded in February 2015,
based in New Delhi. Tetrahedron is a leading consulting & automation services provider to
150+ manufacturing companies across India, with 50+ active client-engagements in
Automotive, Cement, Precious Metal, Leather, Textile, Pharmaceutical, and Energy
segment.

LITERATURE REVIEW
• In the present corporate world, managers have realised that to gain a competitive edge
among the industry peers and to achieve sustainability in the business market, it is
essential for them to retain their customers and to build customer loyalty (Berry, 2000)2 .
• Further, it is also found that even if the company can keep five percent of its clients, it can
increase its profit level from 25 per cent to 80 per cent. Due

acquisition, screening and selection of best
practices many consultancies were largely informal
• • In 2014, Bain & Company, in partnership with Research Now, the online global market
research organisation, performed a survey "Customer Loyalty in Retail Banking" in various
countries such as Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong,
India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea,
Spain, Thailand, the UK and the US "to measure the loyalty of the customers toward the bank
and to determine how likely they are going to recommend their primary bank to their family,
friends and relatives". The survey was conducted on 82914 customers of regional banks,
national branch network banks, community banks, direct banks, private banks and credit
unions of the countries mentioned above. In addition to this, the company also conducted a
face to face interview in Brazil of nearly 1200 respondents. In the survey, it was found that
increased use of mobile technology in banks has enhanced the loyalty of their customers.
Mobility is liked so much by the customers that in 13 of the 22 countries, mobile is the most
used banking channels and accounts for around 30 percent of the transactions.
OBJECTIVE OF STUDY
• To analysis the conceptual issues pertaining to the establishment of a consualtant firm in
Gurgaon which will specialize in corporate training, corporate counselling and general
consultancy
• To study the role of Consultants with their implications to avail better services to the
Firms.

FINDING AND CONCLUSION
• ➢ It seems that much people are aware about survey consultancy but still there are few people
who are not aware about this.
• ➢ Those people who are aware about consultancies, in that segment more than 60 % people
are interested but few other people are not interested.
• ➢ People who are not interested in consultancies, states the reason that there are a lot of risk
in this sector, few others states that they have bad experience in this sector i.e. previously they
face loss in their so they are not interested.
• ➢ Within 100 respondents, 58 are saying it is useful before launching a new product, 24 are
saying for taking feedback from customers & rest 18 are saying for other things.
• ➢ Within 100 respondents, 58 are saying it is useful before launching a new product out of
them majority were introduce their own product in market.
• ➢ Person who introduce their own new product in the market and taking help for doing survey,
majority of them are recommended for using consultancies before launching a new product.
• ➢ Because of customer satisfaction is most important thing for a businessmen, most of the
people are recommend this for knowing their customer and making good brand image in the
market.
• ➢ People who are launching a new product but not taking help of survey because of its very
costly in nature and some of them are taking it as a lot of time consuming.
• ➢ 52 peoples are spend on this kind of recommendations only between 20000 to 50000 not
more than that and 32 peoples are spend between 50000 to 100000 and only 16 peoples are
spend more than that.
SUGGESTIONS
• Instead of explaining their process in brief sentences , they should explain some precise
and more effective way
• Meet client expectation
• Update their website regularly

LITERATURE REVIEW • In the present corporate world, managers have realised that to gain a competitive edge among the industry peers and to achieve sustainability in the business market, it is essential for them to retain their customers and to build customer loyalty (Berry, 2000)2 . • Further, it is also found that even if the company can keep five percent of its clients, it can increase its profit level from 25 per cent to 80 per cent.   • 5. • • In 2014, Bain & Company, in partnership with Research Now, the online global market research organisation, performed a survey "Customer Loyalty in Retail Banking" in various countries such as Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, the UK and the US "to measure the loyalty of the customers toward the bank and to determine how likely they are going to recommend their primary bank to their family, friends and relatives". The survey was conducted on 82914 customers of regional banks, national branch network banks, community banks, direct banks, private banks and credit unions of the countries mentioned above. In addition to this, the company also conducted a face to face interview in Brazil of nearly 1200 respondents. In the survey, it was found that increased use of mobile technology in banks has enhanced the loyalty of their customers. Mobility is liked so much by the customers that in 13 of the 22 countries, mobile is the most used banking channels and accounts for around 30 percent of the transactions.

FINDING AND CONCLUSION • ➢ It seems that much people are aware about survey consultancy but still there are few people who are not aware about this. • ➢ Those people who are aware about consultancies, in that segment more than 60 % people are interested but few other people are not interested. • ➢ People who are not interested in consultancies, states the reason that there are a lot of risk in this sector, few others states that they have bad experience in this sector i.e. previously they face loss in their so they are not interested. • ➢ Within 100 respondents, 58 are saying it is useful before launching a new product, 24 are saying for taking feedback from customers & rest 18 are saying for other things. • ➢ Within 100 respondents, 58 are saying it is useful before launching a new product out of them majority were introduce their own product in market.
  • 13. • ➢ Person who introduce their own new product in the market and taking help for doing survey, majority of them are recommended for using consultancies before launching a new product. • ➢ Because of customer satisfaction is most important thing for a businessmen, most of the people are recommend this for knowing their customer and making good brand image in the market. • ➢ People who are launching a new product but not taking help of survey because of its very costly in nature and some of them are taking it as a lot of time consuming. • ➢ 52 peoples are spend on this kind of recommendations only between 20000 to 50000 not more than that and 32 peoples are spend between 50000 to 100000 and only 16 peoples are spend more than that.
