This is l works which i would like to my academic and some of professional which i would like to share.this PORTFOLIO is my devotion and my desire because i have started my academic and professional life with these dreams.
I have recently completed my M.Arch from Architectural Association in Architecture and Urbanism under the guidance of Ar. Patrik Schumachr (Pricipal Architect - Zaha Hadid Architects). I have had 3 years of professional experience working on large scale developments, hospitals , hotels a, scholls and various other institutional buildings and have been responsible for architectural designing ,detailing , facade designing , preparation of construction drawings, interior designing and preparation of construction drawing for the same. During my professional experience , I have learnt to work successfully in an architectural team and collaborate with clients and consultants. Most notably during a competition project wherein I was part of a team of three that won the Agakhan redevelopment project for P.G.Patki architects which includes two residential towers ,a hospital , a school, a religious structure and an ancillary structure for accommodation of doctors and nurses.
Hi, I am an Architect with a heart of an opportunist and a soul of an artist.
This portfolio provides short descriptions of the major projects I have worked on since the beginning of my academic career.
The projects are organized in reverse chronological order ranging from professional to academic works.
Thank you for your consideration.

Georgia Tech Living Building Challenge: What We LearnedEskew+Dumez+Ripple
In late 2015 early 2016, the Georgia Institute of Technology conducted a remarkable ‘Ideas Competition’ exploring how to make Living Building Challenge certified buildings affordable and replicable in the hot, humid South. Given an entire precinct of campus as a potential site, three finalist design teams (each with architects, landscape architects, and engineers) were challenged to produce specific design proposals testing how a building providing labs, classrooms, and offices could be integrated into a restored landscape on a modest budget. Georgia Tech’s staff, faculty, and students observed throughout, with the School of Architecture’s design studios paralleling the competition.
The architecture firm of Eskew+Dumez+Ripple (EDR) was privileged to be part of one of the three finalist teams. For 90 intense days, we collaborated with architects from two other firms (Collins Cooper Carusi and Hellmuth&Bicknese), landscape architects from Andropogon and HGOR, engineers from Newcomb & Boyd, Point Energy Innovations, pattern r+d, Sherwood Design Engineers, Long Engineering and Uzun+Case, and most crucially the cost estimators of the Palacio Collaborative. Given so many players at so many locations, we relied on free-form messaging platforms like Slack for day-to-day communications, and captured what we learned through entries in a shared blog we called The Hive. This document is comprisedof selections from these communications streams, curated by the 2015-2016 EDR Research Fellow Marina Michael. This effort has been transformative for our team members. By sharing what we’ve learned, we hope it can be transformative for you.

The world is being changed fundamentally by AI and we are constantly faced with newspaper headlines about its harmful effects. However, there is also the potential to both ameliorate theses harms and use the new abilities of AI to transform society for the good. Can you make the difference?
You could be a professional graphic designer and still make mistakes. There is always the possibility of human error. On the other hand if you’re not a designer, the chances of making some common graphic design mistakes are even higher. Because you don’t know what you don’t know. That’s where this blog comes in. To make your job easier and help you create better designs, we have put together a list of common graphic design mistakes that you need to avoid.
Transforming Brand Perception and Boosting Profitabilityaaryangarg12
In today's digital era, the dynamics of brand perception, consumer behavior, and profitability have been profoundly reshaped by the synergy of branding, social media, and website design. This research paper investigates the transformative power of these elements in influencing how individuals perceive brands and products and how this transformation can be harnessed to drive sales and profitability for businesses.
Through an exploration of brand psychology and consumer behavior, this study sheds light on the intricate ways in which effective branding strategies, strategic social media engagement, and user-centric website design contribute to altering consumers' perceptions. We delve into the principles that underlie successful brand transformations, examining how visual identity, messaging, and storytelling can captivate and resonate with target audiences.
Methodologically, this research employs a comprehensive approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. Real-world case studies illustrate the impact of branding, social media campaigns, and website redesigns on consumer perception, sales figures, and profitability. We assess the various metrics, including brand awareness, customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth, to measure the effectiveness of these strategies.
The results underscore the pivotal role of cohesive branding, social media influence, and website usability in shaping positive brand perceptions, influencing consumer decisions, and ultimately bolstering sales and profitability. This paper provides actionable insights and strategic recommendations for businesses seeking to leverage branding, social media, and website design as potent tools to enhance their market position and financial success.

5. Portfolio 2011
The work in this portfolio is a collaboration of the past
seven years of my academic and professional life in the
study and practice of urban planning. The majority of
the work was done under planning professionals and
professors, however there is a great deal of overlap be-
tween the practices of urban planning, architecture, and
other design and development fields. As a result, there
is a wide variety of work from master planned projects
to detailed hand renderings.
My portfolio is a look into some of the work I completed
as both a students and an intern at various times and
places throughout my education. It is meant to commu-
nicate my graphic abilities as an urban planner as well as
showcase my professional presentation style.
In this regard, I believe that the design of the portfolio is
as important as it’s contents.

10. Sustainable Block:
Sustainable Block: Neighborhood Cohousing
Neighborhood
Cohousing
The goal when designing this block was to
achieve an active community in which sus-
tainability, affordability, and green building
all exist.
A design revolving around cooperative
housing resulted in common facilities, resi-
dential management, shared open space,
and a nonheirarchical participatory process
by the residents. These are some of the
characteristics that make cohousing both
affordable and sustainable.
Green building techniques are found on the
site through solar roofs, roof gardens, and
thermal heating and cooling provided by
the hillside, which some buildings are built
in to.
The perspectives were rendered from a
SketchUp model I created.

11. Site Planning:
Site Planning: Florida
Florida
The Fruitville Corridor was a site planning
attempt at recreating the public greens of
Savannah while introducing a new street
grid and preserving the ecologically sensi-
tive adjacent bird sanctuary.
Mammoth Grove is a site plan I laid out
which incorporated over 800 single fam-
ily lots and a waste water treatment facility
while retaining fifty percent of the site for
open space and retention.
Lake Walk-In-The-Water Ranch, or Lake
Weohyakapka as the native’s know it, is a
development project in southern Florida.
Along with the main planner, I assisted in
the layout and rendering of the project.
Unique features of the project include sen-
sitivity to existing wetlands, the creation of
an inland marina and canoe lake, and a fish-
ing village consisting of fifty cottages and
over 100 townhomes.
I rendered these graphics using Photoshop.
The graphics are hand drawn conceptual
plans that I digitized and then took into
Photoshop to render.

Collinwood Recreation Center: Collinwood, Ohio
Recreation Center
This project was based on the conversion
of an existing Big Box retail store to a Com-
munity Recreation Center. While the walls
and roof of the Big Box were removed, the
original existing shell remained as a frame
for the new reuse design.
The perspectives (right) were the main mar-
keting graphics for the presentation to the
Community of Collinwood, in Cleveland,
Ohio. I created the perspectives after I digi-
tized the master plan and floor plan, creat-
ed by the lead architect. That process takes
shape on the following page.
I generated the series of perspectives, on
page 13 (SketchUp), to illustrate our trans-
formation from a Big Box to a Community
Recreation Center. Each slide adds a new
room, or space, as the squenece moves to
the final building schematic.

14. Fondy Market:
Fondy Market: A New Urbanist Approach
A New Urbanist
Approach
The Fondy Food Market is a seasonal market
in inner Milwaukee. The surrounding neigh-
borhood suffers from vacancies, blight, and
disinvestment. As a result, there is a food
desert in the neighborhood nine months of
the year.
One strategy for revitalization of the neigh-
borhood is to develop around the Fondy
Food Market and introduce a year round
grocery store as an anchor tenant adjacent
to the market.
This site plan strives to create a new, mixed-
use neighborhood surrounding a commer-
cial, yet civic use. It also provides multiple
affordable housing typologies and oppor-
tunity for social interaction at numerous
public plazas and parks. The new urbanist
approach also retains an urban main street
character along North Avenue.
These graphics were conceptualized on
trace, digitized in AutoCAD, and rendered
in Photoshop and SketchUp.

Mt. Carmel Redevelopment: Union Township, Ohio
Redevelopment
The Mt. Carmel neighborhood perspective
is a graphic I completed as part of the Down-
town Mt. Carmel Redevelopment Project in
Union Township, Ohio. This rendering gives
the client a birds eye view into the develop-
ment proposal.
This graphic was completed using Auto-
CAD, Photoshop, and hand graphics. After
completing the linework for the develop-
ment in AutoCAD, I printed it, traced it (add-
ing the trees and roof lines) and scanned it
back into a digital format. From there I was
able to take the image into Photoshop for
the final rendering.

Mary Emery Center Apartment Building: Cincinnati, Ohio
Center Apartment
Building
This project was completed using 3D Stu-
dio Max. The goal of the assignment was to
produce a series of rendered images as well
as a short fly-through which showcased the
building’s main features and architectural
significance.
The Mary Emery Center Apartment build-
ing is located in historic Over-The-Rhine; a
neighborhood just north of downtown Cin-
cinnati, Ohio.

17. Valencia Hollow
Valencia Hollow Revitalization: Cincinnati, Ohio
Revitalization
Revitalization and redevelopment of the
Valencia Hollow area focused on the pro-
motion of a safe, affordable community
through sustainability that foster economic,
environmental, and social diversity. It was
the goal for this area to become populated
to its fullest capacity and exist as a healthy,
residential neighborhood.
These graphics were key pieces of the fi-
nal redevelopment proposal because they
illustrated how this neighborhood could
grow stronger through infill development
and strategic planning.
