Mark Cuban is an American businessman and investor. He was born in 1958 in Pennsylvania and started his career selling garbage bags and other jobs to save money. He received a bachelor's degree but not a master's. In 1982, he moved to Dallas and founded Micro Solutions, which he sold for $6 million in 1990. In 1995, he co-founded Broadcast.com, which grew significantly before being sold. In 2000, he purchased the Dallas Mavericks basketball team and significantly improved their win percentage. Cuban is known for being passionate about the Mavericks and getting fined for interactions with referees. He has also founded other ventures like HDNet and a film production company.
