conveyors for convenient handling of bakery products, chiller plant, ice maker & freezers and cooler as
per requirements including electrical drawings for panel boards and wiring diagrams.
• Design and Technical review for new bakery processing equipments

• Complete industrial buildings as well as buildings projects In line with the Project plans, Bill of Quantities,
cost budgets and supervising.
• Check and certify the progress bills & subcontractors payment requests/certificates.
• Monitoring each stage of construction to make sure that the progress is as per the plan and as per quality
standards expected.
• Identify the necessary work schedules to be completed by the project team or subcontractors.
• Preparing estimates, feasibility studies and budgets for industrial building or building projects in close
association with Project Coordinator and Quantity Surveyor.
• Works on improvement of personal and departmental technical capabilities.
• Supports customer builds, launches and production at company and customer plants. Drives to resolution
any technical issues encountered by the customer during their development process.
• Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer
contract requirements, and related specifications.
• Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering
design and test problems.
• Communicates and coordinates engineering responsibilities with product development team members
globally.
• New design of equipment, devices and machines under guidance of his superior.
• Independent survey, documentation and verification of all drawings for the factory and all related
machines.
• Designing and supervision of small machineries and conveyors for food processing.
• Designing of chiller plant, direct expansion and air handling units for cooling.
• Inquiry with local suppliers for steel work, fabrication and assembly work.
