3. Save the file. File-> Save As Name it structure structure

4. Start Mail Merge click on Click on Tools-> Mail Merge Create

5. Click on From Letters Click on Active Window

6. Click on Get Data Choose Create Data Source from the list

7. Click on Edit Data Source

8. Click on Remove Field Name button to remove the existing field name then click on Add Field Name button to add field name in the Field names in header row list. Lastly click on OK button.

9. Give a name for the file to store the data Data Click Save

16. Click on Merge button to complete the mail merge process
