Achievements:
• As Vice President of the Exeter Asian Society, planned and organised cultural events like Diwali and
Holi. Was involved in key financial budgeting, event planning and execution. I was involved in technical
issues such as lights and sound as well as graphic designing that involved designing and printing of
advertisement material. My actions along with my team helped us bring along nearly 1500 people to all
these cultural events making them the biggest and best events on campus that was covered by national
television as well. Holi, also got nominated as the Best Event on Campus by the Exeter Students Guild.
• As Treasurer of the Exeter Asian Society in my 2nd year also, I helped organise Diwali. I was again
involved in key things like managing and organising the entire event along with the committee in order
to make it successful.
