3. In order to seek a better lifestyle in Latin American urban
centers, the high rates of violence that terrify these cities
must be taken into consideration.
Brazilian cities combines uncontrolled urbanization, lack of
consistent policies and one of the greatest disparity of wealth
in the world, all of which inevitably generate poverty and
violence.
The decline in the quality of life in urban centers turns it into
“split cities”. It speaks of areas in which “no one enters or no
one is in charge”.
It is within this context that we place the issues regarding
security. We study their complexities and identify their
variables, searching constantly for alternatives, answers and

14. Center for Training and Development M&A. Here is where our trainings and social
projects are conducted. We also rent our terrain to others companies train their
employers. We have in our facilities the required conditions for the development of
the training for security operational and tactics, such as: Firing ranges, track action
and reaction, dormitory, kitchen, and – soon - a trail toward defensive and evasive.
It’s located in the count of São Gonçalo (RJ) with an area of over 200.000 m² - one
hour and a half from the city of Rio.
