My unique one year coaching programme
About 20 sessions of up to 2 hours with me face
to face in your office or my coaching studio.
You will get homework, and reading, and
techniques to work on between sessions.
You will need on average about 4 hours a week
It is likely to be an emotional journey – you may
laugh and cry – we will tread lightly and it
will be fun.
This is a safe space to explore what makes you
you.

getting that result?
 What do you really want?
 What needs to change?
 How can you support the
change?

As your coach I will ask great questions
to encourage you to come up with
your own solutions.
I will help you explore, I will guide, I may
challenge and just occasionally I will
confront you - all with the intent of
helping you find a better way forward.

solution that you invented!
