Key challenges: deliver a huge event in 1 day including press conference,
street painting show on the Bund, and after party of 600pax in a 7-floor
building to coordinate 10 kinds of performance happening in the floors; work
directly with brand headquarter and preparation done in only 1 month;
gained great feedback by brand client
Montblanc Boheme Parade Grand Launch & Press Conference
August, 2014, Shanghai
Client: MAZARINE LA MODE EN IMAGES, France
Key challenges: deliver an event to launch a female line for this male-focused
brand to change the image, including press conference and grand launch in
one day with 600 guests; work with French event agency and communicate
through email in English whole way and prepare the project in a tight timeline
only within 1 month; complicated launch parade with double 360’ video
projection and mapping, live band, dancing, model show

Key challenges: deliver the first homme show of this
brand in China; work with a leading French event
agency to communicate for the event details pre-
event for only about 1 month; work directly with Dior
Homme French team for 4 days before event onsite
for model casting, fitting, backstage preparation and
local 3rd
party coordination; achieve great praise and
thanks from both agency and French client

Key challenges: coordinate with brand client based in Hongkong and SH store
manager; work with professional show director before event on modeling,
styling, backstage preparation, etc; need to work out special programs and
