Main purpose:
The focus of work is analytical. The generic focus involves creating value for the present, 24/7 accountability,
resourcing, logistics, procedure optimisation and diagnostic problem solving. I need to enable overcoming of
immediate obstacles by direct action but must reflect on what is occurring so as to note things that might indicate
potential problems and obstacles. I also monitor the effectiveness of processes and procedures, act to remove
obstacles to achieving progress, and make improvement suggestions to my manager. I work within a set
framework of policies and processes and define and establish procedures in providing a service to other business
roles.

Creation and maintenance of 98 site collections on SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online as well as advisory
role to regional developers on global standards and best practice basis
Administration of AngloGold Ashanti internet site
Maintenance of legacy systems and administration of SQL 2012 databases related to systems
