It was founded around the year 880 by Prince Bořivoj of the house of Premyslides. From the 10th century Prague Castle was not only the seat of the head of state, the princes and later kings, but also of the highest representative of church, the Prague bishop. Charles Bridge
Karlův most je nejstarší most přes řeku Vltavu v Praze. Na mostě je 31 soch. Karlův most spojuje Staré Město s Pražským hradem. Most je 9,40 metrů široký a 516 metrů dlouhý. Je to jedna z nejznámějších historických památek v Praze a můžeme tam vidět spousty umělců, muzikantů a malířů.
Charles bridge The Charles Bridge is the oldest bridge that crosses the Vltava river in Prague. There are 31 statues on this bridge. It connects The Old Town and Prague Castle. The bridge is 9,40 meters wide and 156 meters long. It is one of the most famous historical monuments in Prague and we can see there lots of atrists, musicians ani painters.
Calendar-clock is evidently best  preserved medieval astronomical clock at all. It is one of Prague's most famous tourist  attractions .
Wenceslas square
Wenceslas Square is Prague's largest square. In the Middle Ages there was a horse market. The current name was given in 1848. In the lower part was built wooden Shed Theatre, the first permanent Czech Scene (1786-1789). The square is 750 m long and 60 m wide and recalls the main boulevard of European cities. The square is dominated  by  St.  Wenceslas Monument . It shows the prince on horseback. The upper part of the square is enclosed by the National Museum. The museum was founded here in 1818. On the right side of the square (from top),  you can  find the famous Lucerna Palace, an Art Nouveau building from 1912 with the cinema, theater  and  shops . Wenceslas Square
The National theatre
National Theatre in Prague is one of the most famous theaters in the Czech Republic. Neo-Renaissance building of the theater by Joseph Zitko is one of the most important buildings in the country in terms of both general cultural, historical, and from a purely architectural point of view. The National Museum
National Building Museum was founded in 1818 under the name of the Patriotic Museum in Bohemia.  The main hall houses an exposition dedicated to the memory of outstanding personalities of the Czech nation. Moreover, it contains an exposition focused on natural science.   The National Museum
Petřín Tower
Pet ř in lookout  T ower   is  63.5 meters  high . Its base is situated at an altitude of 324 m above sea level on top of Pet ří n Hill in Malá Strana. Petrin Tower
