companies, Cris brings over 20 years of
business brokerage / advisory experience
across a broad spectrum of small to
medium-sized manufacturing, distribution
and service companies. Cris attended Ohio
State University and is a Certified Business
Intermediary with extensive Merger and
Acquisition skills. Cris is also a long-time
member of the International Business
Brokers Association and actively
participates in semi-annual conferences
held throughout the United States.
Tom Lenfestey is the Managing Member of
The Law Practice Exchange, LLC as well as
a practicing North Carolina attorney and
partner with the law firm of Adams Howell
Sizemore & Lenfestey, PA. Tom’s legal
practice has traditionally focused on
creating, advising and implementing
strategic business and estate plans for his
clients. In doing so, he came to recognize
the lack of knowledge, attention and
options that were provided in the legal
profession to attorneys for their own
practices, specifically in the realm of
succession planning and other transition or
exit opportunities.
Tony is a Certified Business Broker and
brings over 28 years of experience working
with closely held companies to the Law
Practice Exchange, LLC . He has extensive
knowledge of the unique legal
marketplace and is skilled in law practice
sales and acquisitions. Tony applies his
due diligence expertise and market
knowledge to each deal in order to
produce a fair and successful outcome
each time. He is deadline oriented and
understands how time sensitive a client’s
transition can be, so he does what it takes
to meet those expectations every time.

Amanda leans on her experience in client relations and business
management to lead the way for attorneys as she drives each
client through the transition process. Her purpose is to facilitate
strategic expansions and exit strategies, maintaining a deep
commitment to ensuring a successful outcome for all involved.
For the attorney looking to exit their practice, it is Amanda’s
mission to find the perfect buyer by utilizing her resources and
expert search tactics. She provides regular updates and progress
reports to clients so they stay informed throughout the entire
process.

Sales & Client Manager
Ashlee assisted with the development and launch of The Law
Practice Exchange, LLC. She utilizes her creativity and technical
skills to keep attorneys informed and engaged. Ashlee
coordinates marketing campaigns, creates promotional materials
and online resources to promote the transition options available
to attorneys. The legal profession continues to change and with
that change comes new challenges as well as new
opportunities. Ashlee has learned how important transition
planning is and strives to help others take advantage of those
opportunities.
