Corporate Lawyer A Day in the life:  A corporate Lawyer ensures the legality of commercial transactions. They must have a knowledge of statutory law and regulations passed by government agencies to help their clients achieve there goals within the bounds of law.  They may need to research aspects of a contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, etc.  The lawyer must ensure that a transaction doesn’t conflict with local, state, or federal laws. Corporate law is team oriented.
Paying your dues-   Law schools admission is extremely competitive the top twenty-five schools have an admission rate of about 10 %.  The starting salary and kind of experience you have as a corporate lawyer can vary greatly depending on the size of the firm and geographic location.   The content of your practice in every firm will be different.
Associated Careers If  corporate lawyers choose to not pursue partnership in there firms, they often make expertise as an in house counsel for a corporation. Others go into a related business such as investment banking or a few teach.
Interests I am very interested in this career because I would like to be a lawyer one day and I think a corporate lawyer is an interesting career I am interested in helping people from bankruptcy, accounting, security etc.
Financial Planner Day in the life Financial planners determine how clients can meet lifelong goals through management of resources. They examine financial history past- and current of their clients assess and suggest exactly what steps the client needs to take in the future to meet their goals.  A financial planner must have good interpersonal skills since establishing a client-planner relationship is essential to a planners professional success.
Paying your dues Earning a bachelors degree is needed in order to become a financial planner. Most financial planners plan to become certified by the Certified Financial Planners Board. The CFP an independent professional regulatory organization that extends licenses to those planners who pass the CFP certification examination.  Most clients will look for financial planners who are certified and are bound to CFP board’s educational standards.

Office managers work closely with the company partners, owner, or president to meet their company’s staffing, equipment, and organizational needs. Duties may include pricing products from vendors, interviewing job applicants, managing payroll, and reimbursing members of the firm for out-of-pocket business expenses.

Interests I think being an office manager is an interesting job because you get to be in charge of certain areas and get to coordinate and direct certain things. The office manager also helps manage things which I think I would be very good at.
