My name is Rebekah Poston and I am an equity partner in the Miami, Florida office of the global
law firm, Squire Sanders (US) LLP. I have been practicing law almost forty years, formerly with
the government as a former federal prosecutor and Special Attorney with the U.S. Department of
Justice. Except for my approximate five years in government service, I have been in private
practice doing white collar criminal defense and business immigration. I work closely with the
