Their services include creating custom practice area plans to identify new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones. Additionally, Lawpportunity analyzes existing work flows and identifies resources to help law firms remain competitive while keeping costs low. 2. I. Create custom practice area plan. Involves
identifying new/niche clientele and strengthening
relationships with existing clients.
Includes:
 Initial complimentary one hour consultation, in
which we determine the firm’s goals, strengths, interests
and challenges; what practice areas/clientele will
harmonize with firms culture
 Development of a custom, specific, systematic
marketing/service philosophy plan to identify and
cultivate new and/or niche markets.

3.  Develop a specific, systematic approach to
strengthening relationships with existing clients.
 Fee structure: $200.00 per hour. Time estimate
provided after complimentary, one hour initial
consultation

4. II. Improve internal communication among
team members. Improve one on one
communication with clients:
Utilizes the MBTI Personality Assessment Instrument to identify
how each team member approaches and organizes the world around
them and what the resulting dynamics are for other team members
and clients.
Specifically tailored analysis for better success in navigating the
culture of the firm and the culture of the legal profession. Personal
consultation with each team member.
Fee: $100.00 per person

5. III. Create Systems and Approaches to
Remain Competitive
• Existing work flow, pricing, and law office management
systems are analyzed for efficiency and affordability.
• Resources and alternatives are identified, using as many
existing free or low cost service providers as possible.
• Fee: $200.00 per hour. Estimate provided after
complimentary one hour consultation.

6. Qualifications:
Lawpportunity was started by Victoria Vuletich to help law firms and lawyers create a
financially rewarding and personally satisfying practice during this time of change in the
legal profession. Victoria's twenty + years of legal experience in many different roles
brings a unique depth and breadth of perspective to her clients. She is skilled at creating
teams that optimize collective talent to achieve goals and improve communication and
efficiency among team members.
After practicing as a "Main Street lawyer" for six years in Owosso, MI, Victoria served
as staff counsel at the State Bar of Michigan for ten years, supervising the Practice
Management Resource Center, counseling attorneys on ethics issues and prosecuting
unauthorized practice of law cases. In 2008 she joined the faculty of the Thomas M.
Cooley Law School where she teaches Professional Responsibility. She is certified to
administer and interpret the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator I & II Instruments
(personality preference/assessment tool). She is active in the American Bar
Association
Center for Professional Responsibility and the State Bar of Michigan.
She is a
Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Prior to attending law
school she
was a court clerk and paralegal.
