This document provides details on renovating an existing building in Spain to make it a low consumption conservatory of music. It describes the current state of the building, analyzes its energy performance using BE10 software, and proposes solutions to improve insulation and reduce energy consumption. Key recommendations include improving insulation of external walls, roofs, floors, and foundations; installing more efficient windows; improving ventilation and installing a heat recovery system; upgrading lighting and installing solar panels. An economic analysis is provided of renovation costs and estimated energy savings from making the building a low consumption structure. The goal is to search for the most cost-effective and sustainable solutions to renovate the building in an environmentally friendly way.
