business cards. 
D) Attended the full two day conference, lectures and meetings during the event. 
E) Avinash Singh (Founder, IFS) published about the same in IFS website, an article

F) Been publishing about Longevity, Life extension, Aging and Transhumanism 
research and Quizzes on the same subject on IFS website. Most done by Avinash.
