The researchers exposed lung cancer cells to SiNP and analyzed protein citrullination over time using high content screening and western blotting. They found SiNP significantly increased protein citrullination compared to untreated cells, and this increase persisted for up to 96 hours after removing the SiNP. This suggests SiNP-induced protein citrullination is irreversible and could explain harmful effects like

7. Hours per week: 55
Aircraft Maintenance Officer and Detachment Officer in Charge
Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:
Maintenance Officer and Officer-in-Charge of two distinct helicopter detachments
responsible for helicopter replenishment of ships at sea; amphibious Search and
Rescue operations; and utility services in support of naval operations across the
Asia Pacific and Middle East region maritime domains. As senior officer for two
helicopter detachments he identified, trained and deployed with two teams of up to
30 highly skilled pilots, aircrew and aviation systems specialists for extended at-sea
deployments in support of naval operations and national security contingencies.
Forged unit cohesiveness between his crews and the host naval vessels from

scheduled, planned and supervised the planned maintenance life cycle inspections
and corresponding supply and inventory controls in order to ensure that squadron
aircraft were ready to deploy on short notice. As the senior pilot and officer
authorized to sign aircraft "Safe for Flight," participated in the conduct of post

rotor head components. Optimized mid level manager work schedules and
provided flex time to provide talent and expertise to aircrews during periods of
heavy pre deployment qualification training ramp up. Developed manpower
strategies to retain experienced personnel during a period of partial squadron
transition to a new airframe, resulting in 100% deployment requirements meeting
schedule. Coordinated with senior facilities teams to upgrade hangar facility and
provide oil and corrosives resistant coatings for substantial life extension of flooring
and workspaces.
