Kumiko – Treasure Hunter is a movie based on the rumoured story
behind the death of Takako Konishi, who died in Minnesota and is said to
have gone looking for the money that Steve Buscemi buried in
Fargo[Movie].
The reason for this theory was a clever lie that she is said to have
believed, and that is part of the movie and the TV series.
