Sarah is in a dark hospital room, lit only by the candles on a birthday cake for a girl named Jessica who will never get to celebrate. Sarah wakes from a coma, disconnects herself from life support machines that show she has no pulse, and tries to escape the darkness that is coming for her, running as fast as she can though still bearing injuries from whatever put her in the coma.
2. It the decent hospital scene the main
lighting is coming from Jessica's
birthday cake that she will never get to
have then as the scene carries out she
blows out the candles and it goes to
Sarah in the dark hospital room where
there is only light on her face and
everywhere else is dark this may show
the darkness coming to get her.
3. In the hospital scene we see Sarah
in the hospital bed on a life support
then as she sits up and unhooks
herself off it and it does a close up of
the machine to it showing no pulse
with Sarah's reflection in it this could
strongly suggest that she is going to
die.
4. Sarah in the hospital has woken up
from her coma but still has her
injuries on her left eye brow, another
one on her right cheek and under
her bottom lip this can show that she
hasn't been in a coma long.
5. Sarah runs as soon she realizes she is
in danger when the darkness almost
captures her for a few second and her
only thought is to run away before she
dies and as the darkness catches up to
her she runs even faster.
