The document provides a directory of international organizations operating in India. It lists over 80 organizations by the state or region they are located in. The organizations cover a wide range of development areas including child welfare, education, health, poverty reduction, human rights, gender equality, and more. They include United Nations agencies like UNICEF and UNFPA, as well as non-governmental organizations from different countries working in India. The directory provides contact information like addresses and telephone numbers to help connect with these international bodies working on the ground in India.
This report, called, India’s Childhood in the ‘Pits’: The Impacts of Mining on Children in India, had its beginnings in the fact-finding exercise that the organisations involved in this research had undertaken in April 2005. Had it not been for the children we met then, we would never have known how deeply affected they are by mining. We thank the children of Bellary for opening our eyes to the problems of mining affected children.

The State of the World’s Children 2013: Children with Disabilities examines the barriers – from inaccessible buildings to dismissive attitudes, from invisibility in official statistics to vicious discrimination – that deprive children with disabilities of their rights and keep them from participating fully in society. The report also lays out some of the key elements of inclusive societies that respect and protect the rights of all children, regardless of disability, and progress in helping all children to flourish and make their contribution to the world.
This Information Brief was developed by WHO's Department of Child and Adolescent Health and Development to support staff of the Organization and other UN agencies working at global, regional and national levels in promoting the uptake of effective interventions to improve the sexual and reproductive health of adolescents through schools in low-income countries. The premise of the Brief is that school-based sexual and reproductive health education is one of the most important and widespread ways to help adolescents to recognize and avert risks and improve their reproductive health. This evidence-based information brief establishes ways in which the health sector can help the education sector provide appropriate information to adolescents about when and why they need to use health services and where these may be available.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).

7. Foreword
International Organisations are specialised agencies whose mandate is to promote
and accelerate sustainable development in developing countries and work towards
improving the living conditions in the world’s poorest countries by drawing on its combined
global resources and expertise.
Vision of International Organisations is for a better social order free from all
types of exploitation and for provision of basic needs for a civilized life, upgrading the
living standard of common people along with healthy life and atmosphere.
It also aims to contribute to the building of peace, eradication of poverty,
sustainable development and inter cultural dialogue, through education, the sciences,
culture, communication and information. International Organisations has emerged with the
aim to offer innovative solutions to remove the various taboos and obstacles in the way of
social development regarding human rights, socio-economic, and environment and primary
health issues in the remote and rural areas.
It is providing services for research and development activities through networking
and manages their services by providing assistance.
The lives of people all over the world have come to be touched by the work of
Organisations, as is evidenced by the interest taken by them in the protection of human
rights and development. They perform important and indispensable roles in our world
today, taking over allocative, redistributive and stabilizing functions.
International Organisations have reached out to the lowest level of population
inhabited by the rural poor and render services to the unserved and underserved pockets
of targets.
Various agencies are involved in a multitude of activities with a relentless and
selfless serving attitude. Through the available websites, efforts have been made by the
institute to bring together addresses of all such international organizations operational in
our country in form of a Directory.
It is hoped that the Directory on International Organisations being brought out by
NIPCCD will serve as a ready reckoner for researchers, students, teachers, professionals
and other readers and will be useful for persons working for the empowerment of
vulnerable sections of the society and other stake holders.
