       PROBLEM SETTING - WHY?

       · Need for contextualization of works of art in museum experiences.

       · People like/dislike artwork but lack background info to understand it.

       · Timelines: practical, but boring & static. One time, stand-alone pieces.

       · Audioguides: long & boring, uncomfortable, isolate people, disable hands.
