- About me-interesting experience, I come from a PL background Current role-work the reference desk, edit our monthly newsletter, handle CLE and public programs, manage stats and compile bi-weekly legal updates in various topic areas
- Located in the Hamilton County Courthouse in downtown Cincinnati OH. Subscription library, but are open to the public M-F 8am-4pm. Public is limited to onsite print access and some databases-HeinOnline, Fastcase, and EBSCO. Separate computer lab for subscribers for Lexis, West, CCH etc. @ computers in the main room with internet access, microsoft office etc.
- Stats from LibAnalytics-Year to date. 31.9% of questions come from public patrons. Grown steadily over the years.
- You may be feeling like Gus here and wondering what does this have to do with Libguides? When we decided to use LibGuides, we decided to tailor the Libguides to public patrons rather than subscribers. Intended for the general public.

Internal wiki where we kept FAQs, Hot Topics, Blue Moon question Useful-but limitations-not accessible to the public, all staff collaborated which was good but the problem is that thins were added in different places, multiple places etc. Take this info and organize so it’s easy to find and access

- Main Page-Last library still using 1.0, but we are in the middle of the transition
- Landlord Tenant Law-Most popular guide- 3496 views Other-popular guides- Ohio Primary Law, Appeals, Foreclosure and Tech Tips
- Started to get a lot of calls from people thinking we actually handled rent escrow in Hamilton County.
- Aimed at general public-exception-Tech Tips Guide Monthly newsletter we have feature called “Tech Tip” written by our Systems Librarian Julie Koehne-some are general info, like printing to our printers from a mobile device, but most are database specific. Libguide puts all in one place so staff has ready access to them.

- How we did it: Started with idea that it would be for public patrons List of topics Point person-me, but all ref staff authored guides.
- Next steps. Did not add DB info since they are not available remotely. Add info regarding resources available in the library.
