Lakeview High School students and staff are building new traditions of excellence. In the Class of 2009, 42% graduated with a GPA of 3.5 or higher including 16 with a perfect 4.0. 90% of graduates continued their education at impressive colleges and universities, earning a total of $2.5 million in scholarships averaging $9,000 per student. Two graduates were named National Merit Scholars and one was a Finalist, placing them in the top 1% of high school students nationally. Nine graduates earned national recognition for their marketing and entrepreneurial skills, with three ranked among the top marketing students in the country.
