0.1.1 A possible client (TIP student/Outsider with a guarantee ofa member as a co-maker/ TIP staffs or
employees) who’s wanting to be a member should fill up the membership form, character references form,
and a parent’s consentform for 17 years old and below as an initial sign-up.

0.2 Payment
0.2.1 After the member has finished filling up all the three or two forms, they need to proceed to our
paymentsection to pay for our membership fee costing only Php.80.00 as processing fee. Paymentcan be
done through the following:

0.3 Validation
0.3.1 /1st day – Receive requestdocuments for membership such as the membership form, character
references form, and a parent’s consentform for 17 years old and below as an initial sign-up to be recorded
in the system; In addition if paymenthas already received, itwill be processed immediately.
0.3.2/2nd day – Make an account for the member with their personal information, the balance oftheir
deposits and loans, and other necessary data for their follow-ups such as:
•Membership number
•Password (security for account)
0.3.3/ 3rd day – Upon finishing 0.3.1 and 0.3.2, officers will send the member the following (Registration
number; Reference number ofPayment; Confirmation code) both by e-mail and text:
0.3.4/ 4th-5th day – Allowance time for the members to receive the validation updates
0.4 Confirmation
0.4.1 – After Validation process, the following information Registration number; Reference number of
Payment; Confirmation code) that the member has received should be given back by the officers to finish
the whole process.The member can justsend itback simply by textor email. The member is now official.
0.5 Transactions

I. Member mustapply for a specific loan ifthey are already qualified
II. Application will be reviewed for an approval
III. Set up of disbursing at a specified location and time and with in-charge disbursing officer for security
purposes
IV. Timely check ofpayments ofprincipal unpaid balance; Interestis discounted.
3. 0.6 Earnings Allocation
Every end ofthe semester, earnings will be allocated to the members based on their share capital out of
the total capital.
0.7 Cancellation of Account
-In the member’s account, he will just click the cancel button to cancel his/her membership then itwill be
transmitted by the system
-Accountwill be reviewed by the system ifthe member has already finished all ofhis/her past transactions
such as payments for loans
-Account will be closed and tagged as cancelled
-Share capital ofthe member will be returned on his/her depositaccountto be fully withdrawn
