• Employers manage their employees eligibility
• Ensure there is sufficient funds to reimburse employees expenses.
3. Employee Login
• Employee can easily make ONLINE claims
• Keep their banking and family information current
3. Broker Login
There are only 2 main functions the broker needs to
manage:
1. Add New or Existing Clients- Brokers can transfer
clients over from existing HSA providers or add new
clients. Adding new clients take seconds!!
2. Approve Claims- Brokers will approve pending
claims employees submit online. Approving claims
is made simple due software design….you have to
see how easy it is!!
4. Company Login
Company Administrators only need to look after two
roles:
1. Add or Terminate Employee- Company
Administrators can add employees with only email
addresses and their basic information
2. Ensure Sufficient Funds- Company administrators
can see how many claims are pending approval in
REAL TIME and the dollar amount needed to fund
the claims. They also receive EMAIL notifications
when money will be withdrawn

We have made it the easiest for Employees!!
1. They Make Claims ONLINE- Easy to make claims
online, all they need is a scanned copy of their
receipt
o Can see real time status of claims (pending, approved, paid)
o Real time balance calculation
o Can do more than 1 claim at a time for the same procedure
2. Maintain Family and Bank Details- Employee can
update their family and bank information anytime
