One of the courses of Professional Education subjects of Pre-service Teacher is Educ 201 with descriptive
title “Assessment in Learning 1”. For the purpose of putting into practice the theories and principles learned
in this subject, we, the BSED/BPED/BEED II students of JHCSC Dumingag Campus are required to make
a Table of Specifications, construct test questions and administer it to target learners and make an item
analysis.
In line with this, we would like to ask permission from your good office that we will be allowed to ask for
the coverage of the first quarter as basis for the content of our TOS and test questions.
Furthermore, we would also like to ask permission to be allowed to conduct our formulated test questions
to your Grade Four (grade level) students. The said test will include only the ARPAN (Subject)
subject covering the lessons for the second grading period.
The result of the test will be used as materials for the item analysis and other related test analysis for
educational purposes only and will not in any way affect the performance of your school.
