Nick Jurisko and I worked together at the Layne Christensen Company from July 2003.
Nick was the Purchasing Manager and I was a Project Manager in the Water Treatment
Division in Bridgewater New Jersey.Layne Christensen Company is a global corporation
in the fields of water resources, construction, energy, minerals, well drilling and others.
In the Water Treatment Division we designed and built water treatment plants for
municipal and industrial applications. Projects included well drilling, pilot testing,
equipment fabrication, treatment plant construction, equipment installation followed by
plant startup and commissioning.
As the Purchasing Manager Nick handled all the responsibilities as a complete
professional.Projects were successfully completed under critical budget and scheduling
constraints. He followed through with strong negotiating methods with suppliers,
expediting shipments, scheduling deliveries, coordination of freight companies including
hiring cranes. He kept me and the project team constantly updated to the minute with
project sensitive information.Nick defines hardworking in consideration of his time he
put in after hours including working from home.

Nick was not individually terminated from the Layne Christensen Company. Layne
Christensen Company being a large corporation made a business decision to move the
Water Treatment Division from Bridgewater New Jersey to Phoenix Arizona.
Nick has a strongproficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and understand
drawings. He is detail oriented with solid organizational expertise including strong
written and verbal communication skills. As a dedicated employee he was loyal to his
employer with excellent attendance.
