Letter of recommendation for Elizabeth Renaud
I have had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth for the last nine months in a direct managerial
capacity. During this time Elizabeth has demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism in all
aspects of her working life.
Elizabeth is conscientious, hard-working, diligent, well presented and friendly in her approach to her
work. This is in her approach to both customers and staff. Elizabeth has taken it upon herself to learn
about the telecommunications industry with alacrity. This has resulted in very low levels of training
being required resulting in a largely self-trained employee which greatly increases her value as an
employee.
Elizabeth is passionate about providing the highest level of customer service in all aspects of her role
including, but not limited to, incoming customer service calls, support items and even collections.
Elizabeth is fair at all times and her even-handed approach has endeared her to all of our customers,
large and small.
Elizabeth has a very good understanding of billing systems, ticketing systems, CRM’s and the Microsoft
Office suite. This has resulted in great productivity gains across our business operations and further
demonstrates Elizabeth’s value as a quality employee.
Elizabeth’s bubbly personality has brightened our office environment and her commitment to getting
the job done on time and at the highest possible standards on a consistent basis has been a God-send
to our business.
Elizabeth can be relied upon to work from set scripts without deviation as well as think on her feet
when the situation calls for thinking outside the box. Her intelligent approach to customer interactions
has always resulted in increased customer satisfaction in our business.
In closing I cannot recommend Elizabeth highly enough as a potential employee to any prospective
employer. Elizabeth is more than capable in any customer service role, either in retail or over the
phone and her adaptability means that she will be successful in any employment endeavour she
chooses to take on. Elizabeth always delivers far beyond expectations and I will greatly miss working
