To Whom It May Concern;
I understand Michael Stern is no longer employed at IEX as a technical liaison. I am
writing this memo to communicate what a valuable asset he was to IEX Marketing.
Michael is enthusiastic, friendly, and always willing to help in any
software/hardware/phone dilemma. I know myself and many others will "feel" his
absence because he did such an outstanding job in expediting thru our help desk tickets to
accommodate even the most minor of issues. I believe it might have been our internal IT
Department that felt Michael was "raising the bar" for them. It might have been
perceived he was putting the pressure on to work harder in IT. Now our IT organization
can continue working on projects "just as they were" before Michael was brought on
board. He was responsive and we wish him all the best on future endeavors.
