To whom it may concern,
With regards to Public Relations there is no person better than Spencer
Ruskin. He has worked harder than any PR chairmen before him to innovate and
expand on his position in the XN chapter. He has set up a multitude of ways of
boosting relations with sororities. He created Facebook pages to connect various
Greek organizations with their members and ours added to it, further increasing
relations between the chapters. Spencer also made a calendar with all the events on
it for every brother and linked it to a Google doc for easy accessibility.
Spencer has also worked with other brothers, including me, to fight the
growing BDS movement on our campus. We created a plan for events that would
utilize other social clubs on campus to promote Israel advocacy.
Spencer has successfully changed XN for the better by creating and innovating the
way we see PR on campus, with respect to sororities, other fraternities, and Israel
advocacy.
