To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter of recommendation for Justin Berzon. While working with
Justin, I have witnessed, firsthand, how he works with his peers in our school district. I
have seen the respect everyone has for him, as well as his willingness to work with them,
and not just delegate the responsibilities. Justin is easy to work with and perceives needs
before they arise. I found Justin to be honest and straightforward in his approach to his
work. He has demonstrated a high degree of loyalty and trustworthiness to his work and
to his colleagues. He is definitely a team player.
Justin is a fine educator who works extremely well with staff and students.
Justin’s commitment to high-quality teaching and learning for all students goes beyond
the boundaries of his own assignments. Justin is a staff developer in the California Math
and Science Partnership (CaMSP) grant: Project Prototype. As a staff developer, Justin
provides intensive study in science and pedagogy during the summer and follow-up
support with lesson studies with a team of teachers during the school year.
I wholeheartedly recommend Justin Berzon as a candidate for Middle School Assistant
Principal. He is excited, eager to learn and an outstanding teacher of high integrity, who
will make a fine administrator.
Sincerely,
David Budai
