case presentation in partial fulfilment of NCM 101 (Care for the Mother, Child and Family).Our
objectives are;
1. To attain additional knowledge and skills about the following stated problem:
 Abruptio Placenta and Pre-eclampsia
 Post CS with Acute Cerebellar Hemorrhage
2. To gather health information regarding our client.
3. To know the different laboratory done and result.
4. To obtain and collect treatment given and carried out.
5. To attain with the correct nursing care plan for our client.
6. For documentation.
