This was a 10 Week Travel assignment in an 8 bed ER, where I was the only NURSE
from 11 pm till 7 am. I triaged and managed all incoming ambulances in very remote

This was a hospice, home health position that required me to live in. 86 y/0 Pt. with
small cell carcinoma of the lungs. I provided all care from medicating to
bathing. Pt. deceased 6/3/2010. Contact and Executor of Trust was Dwight
Talkington. I was personally requested by patient’s family, as I had cared
for pt many times while employed at Valley View Medical Center.
