Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the spanish course i have
attended.
Having paid for your package, your Spanish family was very unfriendly. And I was
expecting a nice family like it was stated in the announcement. However, to make
matters worse, I did not have a highly experienced tutor at all. Because this man
only knew the basics. In addition, the trip to the museum on the city was cancelled
and no money was refunded to me.
I feel I should be fully compensated for my great disappointment with this course.
