2. Fans line up to buy tickets for the football game. Purchase of a ticket is necessary for entry unless a player has added your name to their list of attendants. Here we see a man anxiously waiting for his ticket so he can support APU Football.

3. Football games attract a varied crowd. From students, staff, alumni, parents, friends, and other members of the community. In Azusa, Ca the football team of Azusa Pacific University brings in tons of fans as supporters. As we can see here people are proud of the athletes who are a part of this team. From wearing a shirt with their name and number to getting their faces painted to show spirit.

4. Football games aren’t all about the game. Many times you will see people flock to the snack stands where they can buy something to eat while enjoying the game. Here people lined up to buy smoothies, chocolate covered strawberries, or caramel apples which would keep them satisfied until the game was over.

5. The cheerleaders and band are amongst the fans at the football games. Here they line up on the field to form a tunnel for the players to run through as they come on the field. It is a tradition to have a Senior player run onto the field with the flag as they lead the rest of the team. The band plays the school’s alma mater and the cheerleaders dance as they greet the players.

6. Despite the heat and sun fans are eager to watch the game this afternoon. What once were empty stands are filling up quickly with family and friends ready to see APU kick-off for another win.

With the excitement of the game it’s difficult to sit the entire time. Here we see the fans standing at the end of the game due to the high energy in the bleachers because the Azusa Pacific Cougars are beating their opponents in the last quarter.
